AuraServe Chat is the starting point for businesses that want to respond to website inquiries, capture leads, and address recurring questions directly in the browser.

AuraServe Chat is available from €99 per month and cancellable monthly. Setup, alignment, and initial configuration are handled through Managed Start Chat in the first year.

AuraServe Voice is a standalone product and can be booked independently of AuraServe Chat.

AuraServe Voice is available from €199 per month. Conversation minutes, phone number, appointment booking by phone, and team handover are aligned for the use case. Setup and initial configuration are handled through Managed Start Voice in the first year.

AuraServe One is the central platform that connects Chat and Voice. With AuraServe One, both channels share the same knowledge base, processes, and rules. Customers receive consistent answers on every channel — and your team always has a complete overview.

AuraServe One is the right setup for businesses that want to run Chat and Voice as a unified system. Future channels such as mail, WhatsApp, or Teams can be added step by step.

What is always included

Regardless of the plan, every tier includes: GDPR-compliant operation, EU server hosting, Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Art. 28, SSL-secured data transfer, and no third-party tracking.

We handle the setup entirely. You just need to provide your content; we will take care of training, integration, and testing.

We recommend AuraServe Chat as the best first step for many businesses. Once missed calls, recurring phone questions, or calls outside business hours become relevant, we will evaluate Voice as an extension.

During the consultation, we clarify inquiry volume, common questions, technical requirements, and desired handovers. Then, we will recommend a Chat plan and, if relevant, a matching Voice plan.
